What we collect
When you submit the estimate form we collect the name, phone number, email address, city, service interest, message and any photos you choose to attach. When you use the AI visualizer we process the image you upload in order to generate the visualization.
How we use it
Your details are used to prepare an estimate, contact you about your project, and keep a record of the work. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it beyond the suppliers strictly required to deliver the service you asked for.
Images
Photos sent for an estimate are used to scope the work. Images submitted to the AI visualizer are sent to our image-generation provider to produce the result and are not published without your permission.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to service the project and meet ordinary business record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.
